A manufacturer of metal components and parts for OEM's in the appliance, automotive, heavy truck, and general industrial markets. We are in the business of designing, building and operating customer and owned tooling to produce metal components to OEM specifications. Our customers choose to subcontract because we have cost effective niche capabilities superior to their own, currently including complex die design and engineering, die production, progressive precision stamping, deep-draw stamping, in-die tapping, resistance and wire welding, finishing, and sub-assembly.  E-Coat, Powder coat, Plating, and Heat treat are also available through us.
Specializing in light and heavy gauge progressive stampings, producing parts from .006” to .320” thick on automatic coil–fed presses from 30 to 800 tons. Materials processed include high carbon, high strength, low carbon, stainless and brass. Feed systems are utilized to handle coils from 80 to 20,000 pounds and widths from .20” to 36”.
Core capabilities include the manufacture of precision drawn stamped parts, employing mechanical presses up to 800 Tons and strokes up to 16” for deep draws.

We have extensive experience in all facets of production in drawn stampings, including draw-pinch-trim operations and a robotic transfer system. 
Supporting our own production efforts by maintaining complete in-house capabilities for the design, manufacture and/or modification of the most complex progressive and multi-stage dies, and customized tooling. Our tool room has a full range of conventional equipment, with CAD interface such as computer-aided-manufacturing with a wire EDM.
